hey runner friend!

I'm a registered dietitian & RRCA running coach who wants to help you become the best athlete you can be. Improving your diet can enhance performance, stop cravings, boost energy, and help you make peace with your body.

Besides two fancy degrees from Yale and Cornell University in Nutrition, I personally have used nutrition to fuel my body to run 4 Boston Qualifying marathons. BQs aside, my approach to nutrition encourages more of the right foods instead of focusing on restriction.
