Pre-Workout Banana Puddin'
1 large banana
3 tablespoons powdered PB
2 eggs (or 6 egg whites), beaten
optional: 1 drop of stevia
1. Mash banana & powdered PB well in small, microwaveable bowl.
2. Add eggs. Mix together well. Add stevia if desired.
3. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and mix again. Microwave for another 30-60 seconds.
